Shipping & Delivery Policy

QRSeva is a software-as-a-service product operated by VD Cottage LLP. Everything we sell is delivered digitally over the internet — no physical goods are shipped. This page explains what "delivery" means for our services and how quickly it happens.

1. Nature of the Service

  • Hosted digital menus, QR codes, menu-management dashboard, analytics, translations and AI features are all delivered online.
  • There are no shipping charges, courier deliveries, customs duties or import taxes, because nothing is dispatched physically.
  • The service is available worldwide wherever you have internet access; menus load in any modern phone browser with no app to install.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Free account and 14-day trial: activated instantly when you sign up and verify your email. Your digital menu is live the moment you publish it.
  • Paid plans and AI credit packs: activated automatically as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment — usually within a few minutes, and in the rare case of a delayed gateway confirmation within 24 hours.
  • Confirmation: a payment confirmation and invoice are emailed to your account address, and the plan status is visible under Dashboard → Billing.

3. How QR Codes Are Delivered

QR codes are generated instantly under Dashboard → QR Codes and delivered as digital files that you download and print yourself:

  • PNG and SVG images for stickers, table tents, menus and social media;
  • print-ready PDF sticker sheets sized for standard printers.

We do not ship printed stickers, stands, tablets or any other hardware. Your QR code stays the same for the life of your restaurant account, so you never need to reprint when you update your menu.

4. Activation Problems

If a paid plan or credit pack is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, email support@qrseva.com with the payment ID from your confirmation email. We will activate it manually or, if we cannot, refund you in full under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Service Availability

We aim to keep menus available around the clock but, like any online service, cannot guarantee uninterrupted access during maintenance or events outside our control. Availability commitments and limitations are described in our Terms & Conditions.
